Just the other day, one of our technicians was called out to a home in Paradise Valley. The homeowner reported strange noises coming from their AC unit, and when our guy opened it up, he found a whole family of geckos had taken up residence! Turns out, these little guys were just looking for a cozy spot to beat the heat. Needless to say, we had to relocate the tiny tenants before getting the unit back in working order.

The Case of the Missing Filter

You’d be amazed at how often we get called out to homes where the AC isn’t working, only to discover that the filter hasn’t been changed in ages. One time, we were dispatched to a house in Anthem, and the filter was so clogged with dust and pet hair that it looked like a furry little creature itself!
